We are a private owned enterprise, integrating iron casting, mechanic processing and assembling. Longsheng is located at the most beautiful yalu river side, Dandong, Liaoning province, which is the largest border city in China. Benefiting from the advantage of the geographical location, we can easily access the maritime, the land, and the air transportation. The company covers the areas of 66 thousand square meters, and the workshop area covers more than 40 thousand square meters. Fixed assets amounts to 32 million dollars. The total employees is 330, including 46 technical and managerial staffs. Our annual production capacity is 100 thousand tons. At present, we own five Tokyu AMF 307 automatic horizontal molding lines, and one Tokyu AMF 308 automatic horizontal molding line. These equipments are highly intelligent, the mold dimensions are highly accurate, and the productive efficiency is very high. The hot metal pouring adopts the most advanced intelligent pouring machine, and the pouring is of high flexibility. The hot metal quantity is accurately controlled, pouring speed is swift and the efficiency is reliable. Smelting equips 5 sets of two-ton electric furnaces, 14 sets of 1.5-ton electric furnaces, and 3 sets of sand preparing systems. At present, the company can cast and process almost one thousand various products. We have the professional repairing and inspecting workshops, which can timely meets the customers’ requirements and accuracy. The core-making workshops owns horizontal, vertical and upturned equipments more than 70 sets, providing strong guarantee for processing various products. In the casting team, each superintendent is multi specialized and versatile, who have the strong quality, responsibility and team-working awareness. Our company mainly manufactures and deeply process all kinds of casting parts made by ductile iron, grey iron and vermicular iron, such as: engine flywheel, clutch compressing disc, braking disc, automotive chassis parts. we provide supporting services mainly for: Changchun FAW, FAW Volkswagen, shanghai Volksvagen, shanghai Volkswagen, shanghai GM, cummins, germany kessler axles, Beijing Hyundai, japan Ebara, Aerospace Mitsubishi. products such as housing body, valve body, pump body, and pipe fittings are exported to the euro, the USA and the japan markets, and are highly commended by the customers. we have established long-term and stable cooperation relationship with Changchun fuao, Jilin dahua, Changchun yidong, Germany kessler, japan Ebara, SG Automotive Group, crrc. the company laboratory has two sets of Germany spectrometer, and one set of non-destructive flaw detector, carbon and sulfur.analyzer, electronic metallographic microscope, hydraulic universal testing machine, low temperature impact testing machine, which can meet all kinds of requirements of customers' different products. the post processing workshop has more than 20 sets of different kinds of shot blasting machine, more than 30 sets of grinding machine, several sets of intelligent.grinding machine, and more than.30 sets of other.small grinding machine. the.warehouse covers the area of 7000 square meters, and we can handle 300 tons of casting parts for each day. The mechanical processing workshop has more than 200 all kinds of CNC processing equipments, such as: USA HURCO processing center and CNC, Korea WIA processing center, Shenyang machine tools I5 series, equipped with Germany Wenzel Coordinate measuring machine, 3D scanning detector, on-site dimension inspection room, we can accomplish nearly 10 thousand processing task of casting parts. Our company actively pushes forward the quality management system, strictly follows approved standard: the ISO 9001 and IATF16949 quality management system, and also complying the quality control with the pressure vessel material according to the AD2000.
