Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus Co Ltd (short for NJGD) is located in the economic and technological development zone of Nanjing, an ancient capital with famous history and culture in eastern China Over the three decades of our company establishment in Nanjing, NJGD has been a dedicated company making a full range of buses and coaches whose markets do not only cover the major Chinese inland territories, but also to countries in South America, South Africa, the Middle East, Sub-Sahara Africa, the Indian Peninsula, the Russian Federation and Oceania. NJGD produces a full length of bus and coach products that range from 6 meters all the way up to 18 meters BRT in full categories. Owned by the famous Skyworth Group in Shenzhen which mainly involves its business in the electronics industry NJGD has three production premises, two within urban Nanjing due to historic reasons and our latest facility is located at the outskirts of Nanjing which has newly been put into use with an annual production capacity of 10, 000 units of medium and full size buses and coaches, with an additional 150, 000 units of light duty vehicles. The total turnover achieved in 2011 was over RMB 2 billion, of which US$75 million was purely for export. In 2011, the company experienced a vital restructure of corporate shares of which 60% are owned by Skyworth Group Co Ltd, another 40% by Nanjing Dongyu Auto Group Co Ltd and other shareholders with a registered capital of RMB270, 000, 000 yuan. Further investment of RMB730, 000, 000 yuan has been decided by the Board to be implemented within next few years.
