What documents do I need to submit to get a Premium Seller Account?

How can I get a Trusted / Verified / Credible Seller tag?
To get this tag you need to become our Premium (paid) Supplier and subscribe to ExportHub’s full year service (Standard, Gold or VIP).
The tag is linked with certain documentation requirements, such as company registration document, bank account with company name, other additional certifications i.e. ISO, CE etc.

Either your products are conflicting with the ExportHub’s policies or infringing someone’s copyrights. Please write an email to [email protected] in order to get your products approved / verified for display.

How many products can I post in a Free Account vs. Premium Account?
In a FREE ACCOUNT, you can post up to 5 products. Whereas, in a Premium Account, you can post Unlimited Products.

With a FREE SELLER ACCOUNT, you can send one quotation to one buying inquiry in a day.

For how many keywords can I appear in Top Ranks on ExportHub? Where and how do I put the keywords? For each product, how many different keywords can I put to appear in Top Rankings?
The number of keywords to appear on Top Ranks are based on the type of membership you join. For example: In Standard Membership, you can appear on top search rankings for 3 different keywords. To add these keywords you can ask your Account Manager, then he will initiate request to technical team to put these keywords against which your products will appear in Top Rankings.

Yes, you can respond to one buying request per day as a FREE Seller.

How many RFQs can I respond to in one day?
With a FREE SELLER ACCOUNT, you can respond to one RFQ in a day.

What should I do if I suspect a Fraud / Scam has been committed by a Buyer?
ExportHub always advises its members to do possible background checks before involving in any trade transaction and follow safe trading methods to avoid any possible scams / frauds.
