<p class="intro-cnt J-txt-cnt"> Polysolutions was established in January 2008 as a joint venture with Polygroup to manufacture plastic cards for domestic and overseas markets. Polysolutions has two manufacturing facilities in China. Each is strategically placed to serve customers, ensure on time delivery and to supply their respective regions and abroad in the most cost effective way. Polysolutions (Changhui Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (est. 2006) is located in Shanghai with approximately 5, 400 square meters of space and an annual production capacity of over 4, 200 tons per year. Polysolutions (PolyHeyuan) Co., Ltd. (est. 2008) is located in Heyuan with approximately 10, 800 square meters of space and an annual capacity of over 7, 200 tons per year. Each facility utilizes the most up to date production methods and state of the art equipment including five roll calendar machines from Germany. Each plastic card is manufactured using our unique proven formula that combines techniques and knowledge from Germany, China and Taiwan. With experience in PVC manufacturing for over 20 years and the most vertically integrated manufacturing system in the industry, Polysolutions offers products and services of the highest quality while maintaining the lowest cost.
