3 PLY DISPOSABLE FACE MASK DESCRIPTION
The main raw materials for medical masks are:
Non-woven material (spunbond, meltblown spanbond and other filter materials based on non-woven). Ear loop-elastic. Nasal locking wire (plastic thread).

3-ply design. Soft, odourless and non-irritating with flexible earloops and full width, pliable nosepiece. Protects against dust. More comfortable than moulded masks, with less condensation.
Medical Mask made of high-quality cotton and non-woven filter cloth, adopts 3-ply structure. The outer ply is made by moderately thick and flexible non-woven fabric to resist dusts and ashes The middle ply is made up from a melt-down BFE95 material to stop microbes and particulate substances. The inner ply made by ultrafine fiber is skin friendly and dam proof. And the Disposable Medical Face Mask owns FDA Certification and CE Certification.
INTENDED USE
The medical face masks is intended to be worn to protect both the patient and healthcare personnel from transfer of microorganisms, body fluids and particulate material. This is a single use, disposable device(s), provided non-sterile.
3-PLY DISPOSABLE FACE MASK STRUCTURE
1st Layer: Water-repelling, non-woven fabric. Prevents droplet and spray penetration.
2nd Layer: Electrostatic-induced melt-blown polypropylene, blocks dust and microbes
3rd Layer: Fine bicomponent (PP/PE) fabric, absorbs moisture and provides soft and non-sticky feel.
