Hydraulic flow valve, a kind of cartridge valve, will have the phenomenon of "horn hole" after being used for a period of time, which is a common problem of cartridge valve. The root cause is the processing bottleneck of the cartridge valve combination hole. At the same time, there are machined trace at the transition R angle, resulting in leakage during use. At the same time, each transition angle between the small holes of the cartridge valve is replaced by a small fillet to transition from the common R angle of peers, so as to completely avoid the phenomenon of "horn hole". By optimizing the processing parameters of cartridge hole and upgrading the processing technology of cartridge valve cavity hole, AAK hydraulic valve eliminates the phenomenon of "horn hole" in processing and improves the processing accuracy of cartridge hole.

7 days later, we received the hydraulic flow valve samples from other manufacturers sent by Maarten.
