Zagotzbut LLC was registered on August 31, 2001. The main activity of the enterprise is procurement of cattle in live weight from the population and from agricultural producers - legal entities, slaughtering of cattle, meat processing and wholesale of meat, meat products and by-products. The main activity of the enterprise began in January 2002 after commissioning of the shop for slaughtering cattle and meat processing in the village of Oryshkovtsy, Lanovetsky district, Ternopopol region. In 2005 in Lanivtsi town “Zagotzbut” Ltd. started the construction of modern meat processing enterprise, consisting of cattle slaughtering shop, poultry slaughtering shop, deboning shop, cold storage, refrigerating and freezing chambers (7 pcs.), which were put into operation in December 2007. Besides, modern boiler house and a lot of auxiliary premises were built, which were put into operation in February 2008. The deboning and slaughtering shops are equipped with modern equipment, which was designed, manufactured and installed by Polish specialists. All equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel and complies with sanitary and hygienic requirements for equipment used in the food industry. The equipment is certified in Ukraine. Production capacity of slaughterhouses of the enterprise today allows to process: - Slaughtering of cattle 175 head/shift - Processing up to 40 tons of beef per shift - Poultry slaughter 1500 goals/hour - Processing up to 18 tons of poultry per shift - Freezing, cooling and storage of meat - 800 tons (unit storage), including capacity for meat freezing 70 tons/day (meat freezing in quick freezers 7 tons/2 hours to -6oC in a block); for meat cooling - 35 tons/day. The enterprise can produce up to 9000 tons of products per year.
