The buyer should mention the refinery name in loi also they should provide us any documents regarding ownership or any contract with refinery. 6. The buyer should determined the exact amount for light or Heavy. We verify real buyers for the Iranian government to sell strategic products, and then after authentication, you will directly communicate with the Iranian government to buy oil or gas.
