The enterprise has a total area of 8, 729.9 square meters, and it is located in an industrial zone on a plot of land at the address Verkhivtseve city, Nova Street, building 50-A and on a plot of land Verkhivtseve city, Nova Street, building 52-b (auxiliary facilities of the enterprise). Production capacity: 2 oil extraction lines, Hydration line, Husk granulation line, Oil pressing line, Refining line. As of 2014, the production capacity of the enterprise was: • sunflower cake processing: 200 tons/day; • sunflower seed processing: 400 tons/day; Since 2015, the production capacity is: • sunflower cake processing - 400 tones/day; • sunflower seed processing - 750 tones/day. The plant has its own laboratory. Product quality control takes place at all steps of production: the acceptance of raw materials arriving at the plant, the production process and the output of finished products Inqury Product LLC "Verhivtsevsky Oil Extraction Plant" specializes in the production of sunflower oil, meal and fuel pellets. LLC "Verhivtsevsky Oil Extraction Plant" manufactures and implements unrefined, unfrozen sunflower oil of the first grade in bulk, which complies with DSTU 4492:2017 "Sunflower oil. Specifications". Unrefined sunflower oil is obtained from sunflower seeds of Ukrainian origin by pressing. It is implemented mainly by enterprises in the food industry, as well as enterprises in the chemical and medical industries. Deliveries of unrefined, unfrozen sunflower oil in bulk are carried out (in accordance with the International Rules for the Interpretation of Incoterms trade terms) by road and rail tanks that meet the requirements established for the transportation of food products.
