New Products From This Supplier
1. Buyer issues ICPO and sends along with KYC/CIS documentation.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice and sends along with KYC/CIS
documentation.
3. Buyer signs Commercial Invoice and SPA and returns it to seller.
4. Buyers bank send NOR ( notice of readiness to purchase) using the reference on the icpo.
5. Seller provides the following PPOP to Buyer:
a. Commitment to supply.
b. Certificate of origin.
c. Product passport
d. DIP Test Analysis. (Fresh SGS full report, in Rotterdam 24-48 hours old)
e. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) - Including GPS Co-Ordinates & Tank Hub Numbers
f. Injection Report.
g. ATV / Authorization to verify (physical verification of TSR).
h. ATSC (Authorization to Sell & Collect).
i. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA).
6. (Optional) Buyer conducts Q & Q analysis on product in Seller’s tanks.
7. After successful dip test, Buyer issues CPA & Q88 for Seller to verify. The seller injects the fuel into Buyer’s vessel.
8. Buyer pays within 24 – 48 hours via MT103 for total amount as invoiced and the Seller transfers the product title.
9. Seller issues 12-month delivery contract for acceptance.
10. Buyer issues a revolving DLC/MT700 or SBLC/MT760 for the contract.
11. Seller pays both Seller Intermediaries and Buyer Intermediaries within 48 hours. (After confirmation receipt of payment)
NOTE: Some of our clients in return for giving us a DLC as payment guarantee they get a 100% performance bond from us.
