Frozen Peeled Durian Fruit

Established in 2014, PT. Agro Semesta Utama or called Universal Durian, began its durian selling to domestic market in Indonesia. Over time, our company is growing rapidly and in 2018 PT. Agro Semesta Utama already has the largest durian factory in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Our company has succesfully expanded its market to Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong and China. And the future will expand its sales distribution to another country in Asia and Europe. Universal Durian has its own garden to produce durian paste. In addition, the company has also collaborated with farmers spread throughout Indonesia to support the fulfillment of the company’s production. The incoming fruit always goes throught a strict screening process so as to produce the bestquality product. Universal Durian has several advantages, has experienced in durian industry since 2014, has durian factory according to ISO22000 standards, HACCP (hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Sertification, large produstin capacity, quality testing products, and certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), to produce durian paste. Supported by complete infrastructure, Universal Durian production capacity reaches 200 tons per month. Universal Durian has several products that are oered as follows: Frozen Durian Paste (Seedless durian flesh), Frozen Peeled Durian and Nitrogen Durian Frozen. Durian paste is packaged in airtight plastic and stored in a temperature of 15-20 degrees celcius. Freezing using Air Blast Freezer (ABF) at -40 degress celcius. And storage in Cold Storage in a temperature 20-25 degrees celcius. Cold temperatures aim to maintain goodness Durian quality and safe for consumption.
