This offer is subject to successful verification of the buyers financial capability by the Sellers Bank in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The Seller hereby agrees and covenants as to honoring the terms and conditions of this agreement as per the International Chamber of Commerce ICC rules for International Trade, INCOTERMS Edition 2010.

We will accept and consider your purchase order based on fact position, acting as company and/or person. If official buyers mandate, certificate must be presented, or a notarized attestation confirming holding a mandate certificate. If broker, agent, or marketing facilitator, an NCNDA and IMFPA will be signed and negotiation will be held directly with buyers mandate.
