Application:
Used for making lighting sources parts, high temperature shields, boats, high temperature container etc.
Molybdenum sheet is used for heater of electronic vacuum furnace and heat-insulation screen, Molybdenum round sheet to produce Molybdenum boat and electric power semiconductor, raw materials to make vacuum light house. Forming the molybdenum powder with isocratic pressing, and with the technology of hot rolling, annealing, washing with alkali, cold rolling, cutting, leveling off after the molybdenum sheet billet is formed by sintering with medium frequency furnace, molybdenum sheets have the excellent characteristic of brightness and smoothness on the surface and well reprocessing.

3. Molybdenum bar

Thickness: 14-50mm width: 14-240mm length: 200-488mm
Application: Used for making common molybdenum wire, the electrode of fiber glass, and as the furnace additive for steel making.

4. Molybdenum rod

Density: ≥ 10.15g/cm3

Application: Vacuum furnace industry, electrical light source industry, the electrode of the rare-earth and glass industry.
Molybdenum rod is manufactured as random length pieces or cut to customers' desired lengths. In addition, there are three different surface processes (CLEANED, BLACK, and GROUND) which are provided, depending on the desired end use of the molybdenum rod.

Black - Surface is "as swaged" or "as drawn"; Retaining a coating of processing lubricants and oxides.
Cleaned - Surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides.
Ground - Surface has been processed by grinding machine, in order to remove all coating and to achieve precise diameter control.

5. Molybdenum electrode
Density > 10.15g/ cm3
Mo: 99.93%
Specification: (Φ 16mm_120mm)x L
Usage temperature in glass furance: 1600C
Main applications: Used in electric boosting glass kiln electrode, all electric melting, ect. These are the forging rods, machined rods, polished rods, It will according to customers' requirement.

6. Molybdenum powder
Grain size: ≤ 160 mesh
Purity≤ 99.9%
Application: Used for processing the material of molybdenum wires, sheets, pure molybdenum, sintered molybdenum alloy metal products and super alloy additive.

7. Molybdenum trioxide
Description: Yellowish powder, insoluble in water, soluble in acetone, hartshorn.
Grade A: MoO3 content not less than 99.5%.
Grade B: MoO3 content not less than 99%.
Application: Used for making pigment, petroleum catalyst, alloy additive, etc.

8. Molybdenum wire
Mo purity: 99.95%
Specification: Φ (0.3mm_1.0mm)x L
Type: Black wire and polished wire
Use: Vacuum furnace industry, electrical light source industry, the electrode and agitator arm of the rare-earth and glass industry, etc.

Molybdenum sheet 
The surface of our molybdenum sheets gives silver-gray metallic luster, its flatness less than 2%, purity greater than 3N, and conform to ASTM B386-2003 standard. Our molybdenum sheets are excellent in its mechanical performance and balanced in its inner structure. 

Molybdenum sheets are mainly used as the radial heat shield of the vacuum furnace, molybdenum electrodes, high temperature parts, sputtering targets, sapphire grower parts. 


Molybdenum Plate 
Our molybdenum plates are manufactured through extrusion, forge, rolling and annealing. The density is between 10 and 10.2. The surface of the plates goes through cold rolling and vacuum annealing. 

Molybdenum plates can be used in health industry, sapphire grower, astronautics and aeronautics, nuclear energy and guided missiles. 


Molybdenum Disc 
The density of our molybdenum discs reaches 10.13g/cm3. The surface of it gives gloss and has metallic luster. 

The discs can be used as the connecting materials of silicon controlled rectifier diodes, transistor and thyristor, and also used as the cooling fin of large-scale integrated circuits and hybrid circuit, heating sintered pan and soleplate. 


Sintered Molybdenum Plate 
Our sintered molybdenum plate uses high-purity molybdenum powder, laying a solid foundation for our high-quality molybdenum sheets and discs, which can be used in target material processing and as parts in vacuum furnaces. 


Packing and Inspection 
After the manufacturing of the product, we will conduct Quality Inspection and issue Quality Certificate, including the name of the material, the analysis of the chemical substances, metallic performances and dimensions, etc. Our products are packed in specialized export crates and are separated by moist-proof paper.
