from yellow to pale-brown. In terms of cultivation, the
fruit reaches its dry phase on the tree because of the
arid conditions. The harvest season is at the end of the semi-dry phase,
from mid-September until the end of October.
New valley dates are suitable for consumption and
marketing at both the dry and semi-dry phases.
