superior impact resistance of electrical properties, it is softer than nylon 66

good heat resistance

It has the characteristics of high melting point. The melting point of nylon 6 is about 220 ± 5°C. It has good heat resistance. It is used in high temperature environment and its material is not easy to change.

good fire characteristics

The lowest oxygen index (Lol) of nylon resin is 27 ~ 28%, which has fireproof properties. By adding fire retardant, the flame retardant properties can reach UL94 V-0                

good weather resistance

By adding a stabilizer to improve the weather resistance, it is widely used in automotive exterior accessories  

Good chemical resistance

Nylon has good solvent resistance and oil resistance due to its crystallinity                

good wear resistance

Nylon 6 has good sliding wear properties and self-lubricating properties. By adding glass fiber, the wear resistance properties can be improved
