We are a Timber trading company based in Dubai and we want to start a Timber processing factory here. Our new project is focused on importing air dried lumber from West African countries and then drying the Timber in KD Chambers before processing it further. Avg density : 640 - 760 kgs/CBM Thickness : 25 mm 50 mm 63 mm 75 mm 100 mm Initial timber amoisture : 40-45 % MC Target Moisture : 12% MC Heat medium : Hot water generator with heat transfer to KD Chamber at an average temp of 65°C Kindly advise on below details: 1.
