Looking for plastic scrap, recycled, off grade

Dear sir/madam,Thank you for your reply and offer.Yes, we are interested in plastic scrap and waste. And also we are interested in granules: HDPE (white or not colored, transparent, or one color in Order), LDPE (white or not colored, transparent, or one color in Order), LLDPE (white or not colored, transparent, or one color in Order) – virgin and recycled, different types/usage.The main field of our activity is production and sale of second polymeric raw material, such as polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE), polypropylene (PPR), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS, EPS, XPS), polycarbonate (PC) and polyamide (PA). We are the industry leader in 2012-2013 according to the results of the National business rating. Our products are used by leading Ukrainian producers of films, bags, pipes, construction materials, consumer goods, plastic covers and other products. The company is the part of the Presidium of the Association of collectors and recyclers “Ukrvtorma†and a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine (License AB *** of 14.02.2011). For example, today our 1st priority - HDPE white milk bottles (scrap, flakes). Or granules: HDPE (white or not colored, transparent, or one color in Order) – virgin and recycled, different types/usage.Or LDPE/LLDPE scrap (films and other). PVC and PP also can be considered.We ask scrap sorted (on types and colors) and clear.Our interest in granules depends on price that you will propose.I would like to know prices for all your positions that you have. We have a big case of our clients in Ukraine. But if it is not possible on this stage let me know.If recycled granules (or flakes) – we want to know what it was before shredding/recycling (bottles, boxes, film, drums or pipes etc).Also we need all possible information about quality and characteristics – photos, Certificates of Quality (or TDS) and other details.Shipment terms (CIF or FOB) - ? Our port – Odessa.Can you supply trial order for checking quality of materials and reliability of our new Partner – 1-2tons?Our demand in future (if we find interesting positions by competitive prices) is more than 80 ton per month.IMPORTANT!According to Ukranian legislation we (Ukranian companies) can make international deals only on terms of signed Contract (it has to be checked and approved by our Bank and Custom).Also it will be necessary to get additional documents from you for potential Contract.Also in case of recycled materials (not granules) we have to get permission from Ministry of ecology and natural resources and sanitary and epidemiologic state service.Of course if taking into account our additional expenses (delivery, the customs duties, the VAT, services of the broker and other expenses) the price of goods must be competitive.I’ll be waiting for your reply with answers for all questions, prices and additional documents/details – if we can understand all details about material from one/two letters and your proposition at startwillMay i know the Min Order Quantity.Send me your products list brochure to us.Do you offer free sample or what would be the charges of the sample?
