Our company is looking for a primer(sealant) and a basecoat of Acrylic Emulsion suited for EPS (Extruded Polystyrene) surface reinforcement and protection.We are buying the products from a domestic supplier, but we would like to replace them for the cost reduction purpose.Here is the product features.Sbstrate:EPS (Extruded Polystyrene) Decorative Moulding for interior and exterior usePurpose:- weather resistanct- long term durability- water resistant- impact resistant- long term adhesive forceBasecoat:- water based acrylic emulsion resin- no fiberglass- density 1.7 g/cm3- white paste at 20 degree C- suitable for hard finish (for harder finish, use 10-20 % of silica sand 0.4-0.2mm, or a few glassfiber meshes)Primer(Sealant);- water based acrylic emulsion resin- semi-transparent liquid at 20 degree C- density 1 g/cm3How to apply for EPS;1. spray primer(sealant) onto EPS surface2. after drying, spray basecoat3. after confirming completely dried, apply water based top coating (this is what our customers do normally) If you have such products, please send me following information.- product name- MSDS- chemical composition (e.g. acrylic emulsion 30-50% / water 40-60% / surfactant 0.2% )- price- minimum order quantity- trade terms- if you can supply us with some sample for testing acrylic emulsion, basecoat, primer, sealant, eps acrylic emulsion
