We, as buyer mandate, are looking for Diesel D2 Russian origin (GOST 305-82) , SLCO and REBCO, delivered directly from the Russian Federation. Amounts from 100, 000 to 500, 000 MT per month, at minimum 12 months contracts, with possible extensions to 36 and up to 60 months. Seriousness in these businesses depends entirely on two factors: The capacity of the Sellers to give us the product and the capacity of the Buyer to pay for it. We only deal with Sellers (and / or through their intermediaries) that can prove full proof of product to close a deal in this kind of business. We are serious buyers, so we are just waiting for a serious sellers and / or their intermediaries to close the deal. Destination: Any Suitable, Non-Restricted, Safe World Port. Destination must be confirmed as acceptable by Seller. Buyer indicates proposed final destination as intended destination. Price: Give us your soft offer. Payment: By Irrevocable and Automatically Revolving, Divisible, Non-Transferable, Assignable, Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (L/ C) , payable at sight in the lawful and current currency of United States of America Dollars (USD) issued or confirmed by World Class Bank, in favor of the end Seller.
