Riser recliner chairsHello. We are Web Bay ltd a UK importing and distribution business. Together we have 20+ years experience of importing medical equipment from Taiwan and China.We need a riser recliner chair with a two way action. In this chair the back does not recline relevant to the seat. The recline of the chair is actually done by the whole chair tilting in space after the legrest has raised. The back always remains in a fixed position relevant to the seat. Such actions are/have been made by Sedac, Seminar and by Leggett & Platt amongst others. We need two different sizes: 18 inches and 20 inches seat width. These would ideally be seat height of 16/17 inches and 18 inches. Chairs with these dimensions can be made using the same metal sub-frame.We will need a choice of about three different fabrics.We need combustion modified foam and material to the British Standard of Crib 1 (both are readily available in China).We have a particular design of chair with a waterfall back, but this should not be any problem. The chair we want will be similar to the Brecon on xxxxx At present we sell 1,500/year two way chairs. We would want to buy at a cost of about USAsk Buyer fob China, when our volumes will of course increase significantly. I must emphasize that we do not want a three way action, nor do we want a space saver. We know precisely what we want and are not interested in any product that does not meet British standards and our specifications. But if a manufacturer can make what we want, then we can co-operate with them so that they can make a high volume chair. We will want exclusivity only in Europe.
