Dear Sirs,Our company owns a piece of land of around 25.000 thousand sq meters in the mountain of Lebanon, at around 1200 meters altitude, which is a place for vacation during the hot summer. We need to build around 22 or 25 prefab villas, with a private club and swimming pool. It will be a private compound for families who likes to spend 3 months during summer time in vacation. Nearby, there is a big project built in the mountain, SATELLITY, which includes around 1000 apartments, 4 swimming pools, health club,etc...Weather: During summer +17eg; to +33eg;c and during winter from -3eg; up to +20eg; and we have snow for around 3 months from December to end February sometimes up to 70cm.Each House will be on a private land of around 5400sq feet, with two floors. Ground floor 1500/1600sq feet, living room, dining room, kitchen, little utility room, maid room, toilet for visitors. The Upper floor around 1100/1300sq feet, with 3 bedrooms,3 wc, +TV room. With chimney in the living, and central heating for the house. Foundation will be slab-on-grade; the rest of the outside area will be used as private garden.What are you using as material, what kind of wood, treated or untreated, pls specify, and what about the roofing, is it in wood or tiles?
