(Re:Paper problem shipmenturgent 2013/2/1)Enclosed are the photos showing the problem of this shipment. The contracted quantity is for 950 bundles, weight 19MT in total and 20kg per bundle. However, what our customer received is only half loaded instead of a full loaded container, there are only 796 bundles in the container and instead of 20kg it is only 9.5kg per bundle!Furthermore the packing is totally different from the photos that you sent to us previously.Please explain to us why is this?
