The ship will mainly be used as support Tanker. b. The secondary functions of the vessel are limited logistics capabilities patrolling, general purposes, etc. The ship should be capable of rendering first aid medical assistance. c. The ship to be capable of and have necessary gears for towing another vessel of similar size and shape (preferable). 4. Ambient Conditions. The vessel is to be capable of operating in the moist and humid tropical environment of Bangladesh. The condition will be as follws: a. Air temperature : 5 C to + 45 C b. Sea water temperature : +5 C to + 32 C. c. Relative humidity : uP TO 98% d. High mud (and suspended particles) content in seawater in local coastal areas. 5. Armament. To be mentioned.
