Please quote your rates for Anti corrosive cold tape for underground pipeline, following are the specs sending you as written on the documents.Coating Temperature application to be conforming to -20deg C to 60 deg C accordingly. 2Ply corrosion protection tape consisting of highly adhesive bitumen and polymer containing mastic, covered on one side with Polyethylene film the tape shall have a silicon release film which has to be removed before application. The tape should be resistant to dilutents,alkali, salt, solutions, soil bacteria having high adhesion to PE PVC, Metal concrete. Thickness of carrier film=0.13 mm, Thickness of adhesive=1.37 MM, Total Thickness=1.5, Elongation at Break=400%, Adhesive strength with compatible primer on steel = 40N/10MM, application temperature= -5 deg C to 40 deg C.
