I am a Natural Products Chemist working in Chennai,India as an Emeritus Scientist in the Entomology Research Institute at Loyola College.The Institute is a pioneer in phytochemical research for more thantwodecades(http://entomology.loyolacollege.edu)At present we are collaborating with Dr. Raja Sivamani, an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at the University of California Davis Medical Center who conducts plant extract and herbal based research in his laboratory and clinical studies in the clinical trials unit. He is focused on the development of alternative non-antibiotic based therapies for acne and atopic dermatitis (eczema). I am working with him by evaluating and analyzing the plant extracts.
