Greetings. I am in US, Dallas, Texas. We are area Sales reps for food packaging equipment.My customer wants to form caramel coated popcorn balls up to 150 mm in diameter. He wants a fully automated system. The system dos not have to be high speed 10 balls per minute would meet his needs. He is located in New Orleans, LAI have some questions on your candy ball forming Machine:1.Are you able to do popcorn balls 4 ½€ to 5€ diameter on this machine?2.What is the mean time between failures of this machine?3.Where are spare or replacement parts inventoried? If only at your plant, what is shipping time and how much more to ship in $ than if shipped within the US?4. What is the warranty on the equipment?5.Who would perform the installation and training?6.What is the cost of a machine to do the specified popcorn balls?7.If you sell through Sales Rep Groups like Wagner Packaging, do you sell us the equipment at our cost and we add a sales commission or fee to your price and invoice the customer? If so, what is our cost and the standard retail price Jicon would quote? 8.Or do you have a published price list and you have a commission built in?
