Dears, Good day, Let me introduce our way of handling for this kind of activity for the Railway projects, we are dealing with a Romanian supplier for about ten years for several number of contracts and its extensions with the Egyptian National Railway "ENR", now we have a new contract for 15000 beech sleepers, we as Arab Engineers company their agent on a commission basis via a legalized Agency Agreement. Now we have the followed offer requests: - Offer request for QTY 2000 sleepers 24*24*260 cm (for bridges). - Tender for QTY 2000 sleepers 24*24*260 cm (for bridges). - Offer request for QTY 10920 sleepers with different sizes (for turnouts). And be advised that: - All payments must be through LC (for order value above 5,000 USD). - Need to receive your complete offer for first request which its quantity now is 2,000 sleepers (extra 5,000 upon negotiation) from a soft wood pitch pine 25X25X260 cm and as per attached specs (two files) based on CIF Alexandria, noting that customer order will be issued next Sunday. - After getting an offer (acceptable by our customer) and we will discuss a mutual Agency Agreement between us which will include agreed commission.
