Good morning Acme, I am Michel from canada. You helped us previously, after Ronan left. Thank you again. I hope you are keeping well. After much delays, our business is getting going again, and the previous purchases are being installed. The LED chandelier model # WM2020-7 the dimmer driver is the wrong voltage. During our prior communications with Ronan, I specified that the electrical power (household ceiling lamps) in North America is120V 50-60Hz. The lamps in this order was powered by a Euchips Triac Constant Voltage Dimmer Driver EUP75T-1H24V-0. It requires 200-240 V 50-60Hz. Therefore, it appears this dimmer is incompatible with North American household power. (to be continued)
