Outer of matchbox size - 48x12x35 mm.  2. Splint/ stick: Perfectly chopped Malabarica Splints (Matti) of 40 x 2 x 2 mm. Splints can be carborised if required. 3. Number of Sticks: 30. It can be variable, based on your requirement.  4. Side friction: fully tinted with two sides. If required, we shall make a honeycomb or diamond structure.  5. 100% moisture-proof. 6. High-quality WAX for Long-lasting flame. 7. Colour heads to choose from like brown, black and red. 8. Packing - 10's Packing: Poster paper Packing printing of your logo, 100's (10x10's) Packing: PP transparent Wrapped, 1000's Packing: 3 Ply Multicolour Carton Based on the above details, our best price is 0.0074 USD / matchbox at the ex-factory. Each 40 ft container can adopt approximately 2700 carton boxes. We shall manufacture and supply you with one full 40 ft container monthly.
